Chris Norris

Chris Norris
COO & Investment Analyst

Chris started his career in the financial industry in 1996 after he earned a bachelor’s degree in business from Appalachian State. He has specialized in the retirement planning arena for the entire 20 years of his career. He has also held roles within companies for personal production and leadership roles in charge of training and education.

Chris was a main proponent for the vision to launch BAM. He wanted to create a firm that was not only passionate for what they do, but would also strive to create a better future for our clients and their families.

Kelly Hook

Kelly Hook
Data & Logistics Administrator

Kelly began her career with BAM in August of 2017. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Communications from Elon University. Before joining BAM, Kelly worked in the financial industry for a marketing firm where she was promoted to several positions. She was able to use her previously attained knowledge to transition over to BAM and pursue a new sector of the business industry.

Working with BAM has allowed Kelly to be involved in many faucets of the company and assist in growing the company’s continued success.

Paula Gandaria

Paula Gandaria
New Client Coordinator

Paula is the newest member of the BAM team. She started her professional career working in the sales and marketing industry. In majority of Paula’s roles, she has been hands on working directly with clients, building relationships and maintaining client satisfaction. She thrives being actively involved and supporting clients to fulfill their financial objectives.

By working with BAM Paula has been able to provide superior client experiences with her hands on approach.
